General Principles About a Data Request
We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible
Please keep in mind that if we do not understand your request and have no way to contact you, we will not be able to begin processing your request.
When requesting information about a specific person there may be restrictions on what data you can see.
If you are requesting data about yourself, your minor child, or a person over whom you are a legal guardian, we require proof of your identity before we let you see this kind of data. If you are requesting data about your minor child, you must show proof that you are the minor's parent. If you are a guardian, you must show legal documentation of your guardianship.
We will always try to make as much information as possible available to you but will remove (redact) or anonymize any information which you are not entitled to have access to.
Potential fee
There is no charge to look at the data.
There may be a fee for copies of the data.
