Public Registrations

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in participating in an upcoming redistricting listening session! By registering for an event listed below, you are agreeing to publicly share comments on the redistricting process in Olmsted County or the City of Rochester.

Redistricting listening sessions will be virtual and can be attended via Zoom.

Click on Start a New Session Registration to begin. You will be directed to choose a date and time. You will have a maximum of three minutes to provide comments on redistricting once the listening session facilitator calls your name. If you are not in attendance when the facilitator calls your name, you will be skipped, and the listening session facilitator will move on to the next speaker. If time is available at the end of the listening session, the facilitator will circle back to registrants who did not have a chance to speak.

Please note, listening sessions are opportunities for you and other members of the public to provide input on the local redistricting process. Olmsted County and City of Rochester employees will not be available at this meeting to answer redistricting questions.

The information you provide will be made public and a recording of the listening session will be made available at www.rochestermn.gov/redistricting.
