Family Cash Assistance

Are you:

  • 65 years old or older
  • Disabled and age 18 or order
  • Blind
  • A refugee or have asylum status
  • Caring for children under 19 years of age
  • Pregnant
  • Out of work

Do you need help with getting basic needs like:

  • food
  • shelter
  • clothing
  • utilities (heat, electricity, water)
  • transportation

Create a Minnesota Human Services Online account 

Before you can use the ApplyMN web site, you must have a Minnesota Human Services Online account username and password.

Log into ApplyMN 

Use your Minnesota Human Services Online account username and password to log on to ApplyMN and begin your application.

Call us for an appointment 

We have staff that can help you fill out applications, answer your questions and guide you through this process.
