New Baby Visit

New babies are wonderful, but they can also be kind of scary. Now that your baby is home, you might have questions that you didn't think of before. Let our Public Health nurses help. We'll come to your home and the visit is free!

Gather your information 

Before we can help you we will need to know:

  • Names of the parents or caregivers
  • Baby's name and birth date
  • When are you available for us to visit?
  • What is the best way to contact you? (phone, email, text)

Call us 

Ask to speak with the Public Health Nurse about a new baby visit.

The nurse will schedule a visit with you.

When you walk in the front entrance, go to the front desk. Ask to see a Public Health nurse about a new baby visit.

In the email Subject line type, "New Baby Visit".

Include the information you gathered in Step 1 in your email. A nurse will contact you to make an appointment.
