Substance Use Disorder Treatment

We can help you with getting a Rule 25 assessment or connecting you with resources for providers in the community. To qualify for financial assistance:

• You must be a current county resident
• You don't have health insurance that covers treatment or the insurance plan has denied coverage
• You must meet the Minnesota State Guidelines for income and household size
• You will be asked to provide proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) and proof of residency at the time of application to allow the county to determine if you are eligible for this assistance. The CCDTF is a funding source of last resort and other options for payment must first be explored.
