Requirements for Your Appointment

• A pre-scheduled appointment is required.
  • No walk-ins
  • One appointment per person
  • If you are late, you may forfeit your appointment
• Bring a legal photo I.D. with you to be fingerprinted.
• Bring cash...we ONLY accept cash.
  • The cost is $10 per card.
• If you have a fingerprint card...DO NOT fill in any information on it.
• If you do not have a fingerprint card, we provide an FBI FD-258.
• Go to...140 4th Street SE Rochester, MN 55904
  • Metered parking is available in front of building.
  • Use the main entrance - Door A.
  • Enter door A and press the intercom on left wall for admission.
• If you have questions or need to cancel an appointment, call 507-328-6795.
• If you are making an appointment for criminal court fingerprints, please call 507-328-6790, Monday through Friday, during business hours only (8am – 4:30pm), select option 5, then option 1 to speak to staff.
